Gentlemen BDay Card

 I needed a Masculine B-Day card quickly, so I dug out some oldies but goodies

and a slight ...oops,but He won't even notice LOL

I used: A piece of 12x12 from the Abandoned Limited Release Pad embossed with 662715 Mechanics and a bit of salvaged patina oxide added. I inked a turquoise scrap with vintage photo to grunge up and use with 660222 Scribbles & Splat. The inside words were cut with pieces of Kraft-Core papers and the 660211 Celebration Words die. The Gentleman was cut with stash and 660286 Gentlemen die.

I enjoyed playing and using what I have!

 The Gnomes were supposed to be on a candy wrap, but I had those little file folders cut and sitting in front of me. They were cut  from The Carta Bella Devoted paper pad. The Gnomes were from cardstock stash.

The "Be Mine" is an inspired Polly's Paper Studio card. I love her style of card and floral arrangements. I went simple on this one though :) and used Prima flowers from my stash.

I started out to make something from day 2 of the online class I am following and somehow I ended up with this simple little Hello.  I didn't spend the time looking for all the different hues of several colors I was supposed to use so... I didn't want to let this go unused!

MERRY MERRY merry

This is my outcome of Day 1 Merry Making online card class I signed up for to have fun and hopefully learn some tips,tricks and techniques. (I already have!) My blending needs some big improvements,but I can practice on the next one,I have to make 2 because I think he's stinking adorable. The snowball idea was from seeing a card Melody Lane had done.

Happy St. Patrick's Pop Up Box card

This is my 1st try at one of the fun pop up cards! I love how it turned out :)
I altered the cut file from the Silhouette Store by artist Lori Whitlock for the inside holder panels.
The 3 eyed monster is from Lettering Delights Mean and Grrreen cut it set.

Happy Birthday!

this is a quick card for my youngest daughter Ashton :) I didn't actually have it done in time for mailing or personal delivery.

I used Elegent Edges (loops) for the matting and resized the project idea shown in the cricut book to a card from a 12x12 layout. I used CardzTv stamps for the sentiment cut into a banner. The image is colored with my Copics. I cut the image with my Silhouette.

Hedgies have a special place in her heart and one day she will have one! but for now, Penny Black supplies them :)

card stock is from stash as is the ribbon.

Valentine Card

1st Happy Valentine Card for 2014

 I started making a few cards today, and this one has been on my list to do for awhile. I saw similar cards last year and had it on my TO DO List for this year.
I am really pleased how it turned out.
The silhouette is from A Childs Year Cartridge cut at 2.25. The white large doily is from 
Art Philosophy cut at 4.75. The small doily is a 2.25 die  from Taylored Expressions.
I also use an embossing folder by Darice called Hearts :). The Arrow is from the CCR digital images pkg called Arrows. I cut this at 1 inch and then cut into 2 pieces so I could fit it on the card which is 5.5 x 5.5. The mini hearts were cut and punched from various other cartridges using the CCR and my E2 and a Studio G mini punch.
The corners of the black mat were punched with a punch by All Night Media that I had in my collection.
All papers were from my stash and most from AC Moore and Michaels.

Flip Style Birthday Card

I needed to have a Birthday card for my Office mates husband whose bday is friday.
He is such a wonderful, kind and generous person, I wanted it to be somewhat special :)

My stamps and dies came just in time from StampofLife! yeahhhhhh!
